After almost 6 months of pain and suffering, Miles decided to say good bye last night.  I will miss my little brother who was with me through various business adventures, retail, food processing and construction.  Not only were we business partners, we were best friends.  I was always there to protect him but this fight was one we couldn't win. Sorry Miles, we tried!

We will love, miss and remember you forever!  

It has been almost a month since Miles & Colleen tied the knot and not much has changed.  Miles continues to have his good days and bad.  If you only knew from day to day which he would be facing.  The clinical trials have all but been exhausted but I continue to pursue a number of opportunities, although Miles is reluctant to move forward with further treatment.  Everytime they introduce something new, it seems to throw his health into turmoil and he is of the opinion just to leave well enough alone.  Unfortunately, they decided to forgo their honeymoon cruise given these ups and downs.  That was probably a wise decision.

All that being said, I cannot believe the bravery of my brother Miles.  Never a complaint "why me", more concerned about the health and welfare of others and a zest for living the good days to the fullest.  However sad the situation may be, I am truly inspired by his strength.

Once again, I want to take the time to thank everyone for their continued support, thoughts & prayers.
