Calatayud to Limoges

Just when we thought we were ready to head home, our trip through the Pyrenees Mountains of Spain & France kept us longing for more time. Leslie and I agreed that we wished we had spent more time in this region as it is truly spectacular. Small villages build of stone crafted homes nestled in the steep valleys of these mammoth ranges is a postcard snap shot. The drive today was great and once again, the hours seemed to pass like minutes. We checked into our room in Saint Lazare Golf Club just before 5 and the manager generously upgraded us to a superior room overlooking the 18 green. The Europeans are sending us off in style! Tomorrow we head to Paris for our final night before catching our return flight on Monday at 6 pm. The past 4 months have just blown by!
